Values Committee

The Mythics Values Committee is a volunteer group of employees whose main objective is to promote our REEF values (Respect, Empathy, Excellence, and Fun).

This group is split into key subcommittees:

This group focuses on organizing volunteer efforts, distributing charitable donations to non-profit organizations, and overseeing our MEG scholarships to graduating high school seniors.

Mythics is devoted to creating an inclusive workplace, and the Diversity and Inclusion subcommittee helps by developing and supporting company events that promote a diverse and inclusive experience for all Mythics employees within the workplace and in our communities.

This group includes the Women's Leadership Group, who are committed to co-creating a collaborative world where people are empowered to achieve their best self.

This group organizes our yearly FUN events! In the past, this has included Field Day, a Halloween costume contest, a Holiday gingerbread contest, Superbowl Square Contest and our March Madness bracket. The Excellence and Fun subcommittee are always working to implement new ideas to engage our employees and make Mythics a great place to work.
