The quality of these contract vehicles supporting your specific procurement requirements are designated by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) as "Best in Class". To start the process of procurement, a RFQ (Request for Quote) or RFI (Request for Information) is released from the agency with the specific procurement scope allowing for a fair and reasonable bidding process.
